The UC Climbing Club Constitution outlines the club’s purpose, structure, and operations. It covers how the committee is elected and managed, how decisions are made, how finances are handled, and how membership works.

It also defines the responsibilities of each committee role and sets out how meetings, events, and formal procedures (like AGMs and EGMs) are run.

The Code of Conduct - found here details the club’s expectations for its members’ conduct. It is written to complement the Constitution, which is concerned with the administrative functions of the club.

 If there is evidence of any club member breaching this code of conduct, they may have their membership revoked, including all club benefits such as gear hire, access to club trips and events, and club discounts.
